Shipping policy

Rain Chains
In stock rain chains are typically shipped within 1-2 days of ordering. In production items may take up to two weeks. If your items are in production you will receive an email after order confirmation notifying with approximate time to shipping.

Rain chains are shipped via FedEx to the mainland US and USPS to Hawaii. Shipping confirmation and tracking number will be emailed once shipped.

Small Poi Pounders

The smallest poi pounders can be shipped in a flat rate box anywhere in Hawaii or the USA for an additional $20.  Contact us at 808-828-6400 to pay the flat rate shipping fee of $20 after you have completed the online purchase.

Statuary
Statuary pricing DOES NOT include shipping, delivery or installation. All prices are for statuary available for pick up at our showroom in Kilauea, Hawaii. Shipping to mainland US is available for an additional charge. Delivery and installation on Kauai is available for an additional charge.
